As specialists in the cheese aging and warehousing industry, Oshkosh Cold Storage has two licensed cheese graders on staff to assist you in the continuous evaluation of your product.  Our graders are available either on or off site to lend their expertise throughout the aging process.

OCS can perform both Traditional Sampling and/or Sterile Sampling and arrange for analysis at a fully accredited lab.

• Regular/Traditional Sampling - used for general grading and analytical testing
• Sterile Sampling - used for microbial/pathogen testing
